I have a fan directly below the light blowing the heat up.

So I lowered the heat down and the fan leaves are still doing this during the last few hours of the light cycle. Could it be that I dont have enough holes drilled on the bottom for excess water? But would that explain why the leaves are curling up like that? Are the lights not supposed to be...
