you are trying to replecate the same amount of light in an outdoor season(6 months +/- depending on where you live) into 90 days +/-indoors.

700 ppm for new clones is too much. you might want to flush with water and start with 1/4 strength nutes

go clones if you can find quality ones. save a heck of a lot of time weeding out males and sucky pheno types. if you have a friend that grows that has a good strain, that's the best way to start. between all my bro's we have about 25 kick ass strains we share.

i wouldn't use foil on walls. i'd also use individual pots in case of any problems. and like newb said, lower your lights

i don't use a flush chem unless there's a problem. use water and sugar/mollasses

i still feed about 250 ppm molasses during "flush" to keep extra density in buds.
