I think your problem is the room isn't getting cool enough at night. the temp should drop at least 10f when the lights are off, sometimes 15f or even 20f. there are different vegetables that will only turn purple if the nights are cool enough. same thing here.

that res temp seems really high for what the ambient room temp is. how is it getting so warm? do you have a circulation pump in it or have another set of lights directly under it? what is bringing up the temp so much?
