Sounds like a female to me.. I think you should be okay from what you have described

They like fine to me I can't see anything that you should be worried about.. as for bloom nutes I start mine when they show sex which is usually after 15-21 days or so.. are you just growing in perlite? if so, maybe up the dosage to half strength now.. I went full strength nutes after week 3...
