I just changed out 95% of my dirt and it was like swampwater and smelled like it at the bottom 1/4 of my pots, so at least in my case, it was a combonation of poor drainage and poor dirt to perlite mixture that I hope is fixed now...... So all that flushing wasnt helping at all....... I will...
