That's the problem... You need to either get a fan in the to move the leaves and shed light ... ie..get to Topping (creating more nodes to produce more tops=buds) the Plant and LST (low-stress training) to open up and get some light at the same time you need to defoliate a couple of fan leaves...

This is my FIRST time using Rapid Rooters... and I popped mine before planting... However, I have read so many threads that say Rapid Rooters can be the 1st choice of germination and is High Success! So, after this batch, I will be trying that method out. So, that's another Alternative...
