It's not really that worse than the neighbouring 200k pop city, and there's dozens of 1k-5k-10k-30k towns around it. It's just how the water is around here unfortunately.

Never had a problem dealing with them. Customer service and shipping are actually pretty good for the money if you are in EU. Got a bad batch of 5x Bulk Seed Bank seeds (Auto Purple Glam Kush) before from them, but i can't complain, since Bulk Seedbank isn't exactly known as a quality breeder...
