You are correct. The bathroom ventilation fans usually are axial fans instead of centrifugal, but that isn't really a problem.

I used big yellow or white daisies, broken in groups of 3 flowers each and hung on a few branches. Bonus if you use both colors in patterns with multiple plants. A quick look wouldn't garner much attention.
