The real cure = Soil Plugs and a germination tray. The tray is just a plastic container that allows 'sweat' to build and keep the humidity high it's the simplest solution and dirt cheap, 25 plugs are $10 and a germ tray shouldn't be more than $7. Good luck with your grow and try being patient...

The first week they only grow a little (transition) soon after they will go nuts and grow as much as 2-4" a day, depends on how close you keep the lamp. If it's close they won't get as much height but will gain density (thicker limbs) instead. After about 2 weeks be prepared to keep a close eye...

Judging by the color of your buds I'd say 20-25 days depends on how the sun treats you. PS are you feeding them? If not you may want to give some food for one week then just water. If you have been feeding them, stop now your either over feeding or under by the look of things, I vote under.
