REFLECTOR ? Well yes usually the bulb fitting is the same and not a problem (so long as there's enough physical space), if you were talking about BALLAST then no. All ballast and bulbs must match in wattage.

It's Surface mountable with built in ballast the design is up to your imagination, you primarily want good reflection and airflow. I can't reccommend any designs, but it's really simple you just have to do some shopping at the hardware store to find the perfect items for your setup/situation...
