thanks all for the replies it makes me feel like its not a lost cause yet. I am going to apply half strength nutes and transplant into 5-10L pots tmr.

Would you reccomend just half strength and maybe only once a week if that is the case?

Thanks very much for the reply. Makes me feel a little more assured that they aren’t a lost cause, would you suggest also transplanting into bigger pots and applying only water for a few weeks? Or in your opinion should I leave them in the lil cups

I recently moved 6 plants over to my veg tent that grew in those cups and were massive. Is the idea of repotting that they had slow growth so the root system isn’t very developed?
