I am planning to do a test run of Eldorado next Fall. It does look promising on paper. We'll see if it does OK indoors. I run both MH and HPS bulbs on a light mover, which I understand to come closer to replicating the sun in equatorial regions. Fingers are crossed well in advance...
I just checked over on the support forum and they said they are doing an upgrade of some sort.

Thanks for the rundown. I just replace a filter and re-ran my ducting today so I'm in room setup geek mode atm. Nice setup you have there. I just started doing dual spectrum last year and am happy with the results. I do 600 hps and 400mh. I think you're the first person I've seen run more...
Welcome aboard MG. That's quite the introduction there! I like how you brought us up to date on your grow. Can't wait to see them finish up.
Tell us about your setup. Room size, light power, etc. I think I see 3 hoods in there?
Later,

Nice! I'm stoked to see the biodiesel in action.
Speaking of hail storms, I'm glad I didn't jump the gun and do my outdoor garden yet. I think we'll see more of those hail storms in the next few weeks.
I've been struggling to pinpoint the smell on this girl the entire flowering period. I think I'm going to go with a mix of pine, hash and some sort of citrus. I should be able to get a better description after it dries and cures.
Speaking of dried and cured, the Kali Mist is curing along...
Thanks guys!
Bshdctr - I left about 2/3 of the plant for "liquid herbal ambien". The Afghan Kush has been serving me well, but I'm excited to see how the Shooting Star stacks up in the "knock you out until morning" department. I agree that another CO RIU crew meetup is in order. It is hard...
The Shooting Star has fallen in a blaze of glory. She's around 5 - 10% amber and definitely ready to land. I chopped the tops off this morning. They will be trimmed up tonight and the rest of the plant will be cut down for hash/tincture making tonight as well.
Here she is on her approach to...
No need to worry about that level of stress. You should see me bouncing my plants off the hood when I pull them out of their nice warm room into the cold shed for pictures in the winter. That is some stress, but they never show signs of being bothered by it. :-)
So true. The trichs don't lie. I wonder if the pistils staying fresh when the trichs show done is a trait of longer flowering Sativas. The only one I've run has been the Kali Mist and she didn't quite look done judging by pistils but the trichs were definitely ready.
That's good that it gets mixed with flower weight. It would really suck if they tried to carve out seeds separately so all MMCs had to produce 70% of the seeds they sold. Talk about a genetic disaster waiting to happen... Shocking as it seems logic really has prevailed. :-)
That Durban is looking good! 10+ weeks and still going strong huh?
I don't think mine will go that long. She's exactly 8 weeks today and doesn't look to have more than a week or week and a half left. If I thought she'd go as long as yours I'd give her another feeding of Earth Juice.
I wondered about that BP. Since MMCs are restricted by the 70/30 rule for their flowers, I could see some interpreting the rule to also apply to seeds. Have your lawyers said the 70/30 rule does not apply to seeds? If it does apply, does seed weight get combined with flower weight to make up...

SB 117 Is a Solution in Search of a Problem I urge you to reject Senate Bill 117, which seeks to criminalize anyone who operates a motor vehicle with trace amounts of THC in their...
At least in Colorado it is no longer legal to sell seeds unless you are part of a dispensary (MMC). Maybe they closed shop when that ruling came down last month.
