    Canna peppered jerky

I don't even know how to begin approaching the ignorance of this statement. I never claimed to be a doctor; I'm a caregiver. I grow medicine, and so does most everyone else on this forum. The majority of people I know that use marijuana use it medicinally. Your recipe sucks, and so do...

    Canna peppered jerky

An herb for flavor? Sure, go ahead. You should indicate in your OP that this is not for medicinal use, and won't get you high, then. Because it won't. My patients expect medibles that work to alleiviate their pain and suffering. I clicked this thread because I thought mabye you were on to...

    how do YOU make cannabutter?

I use food-grade bubble hash at a rate of about an ounce of hashish to one pound (four sticks) of butter. It dissolves readily and no straining is required. Just a saucepan on VERY low heat and constant stirring for about ten to fifteen minutes. Two pounds of melted butter will fill a quart...

Molasses is a simple sugar and a carbohydrate booster for your plant. (Your plant naturally produces carbohydrates by photosynthesis, for energy to carry out biological tasks.) It also feeds the colonies of beneficial micro-organisms living in your root zone (Trichoderma bacteria, mycorrhizal...

    Canna peppered jerky

First of all, no personal attacks on RIU. Calling me a gimp and a jackass just makes you look foolish, I've made jerky before. Sounds like you haven't. (comments like "Shred your steak" and "should keep for at least a week" tip me off) I added to your thread some information that you left out...

    Canna peppered jerky

Big difference. It's not going to permeate the meat at all in the dehydrator; it's going to dry up (duh), get stuck to the outside of the jerky, and crumble off when you touch it. Marinate the meat in either ganja-infused cooking oil, an alcohol tincture, or rub it in cannabutter.

What NPK are the nutes you are using? Time to switch to one with a higher P and K (like 1-5-5). Adding molasses to your water now will help increase bud density and weight. Don't pee on them! Make sure they are getting at least 4-6 hours of direct sunlight per day. More light = more buds.

    Canna peppered jerky

I'm not big on eating chunks of raw weed. How about you cut your meat into strips and marinate them in that ziploc bag with some cannabutter or oil for a day or two before you dehydrate them? Also, jerky will keep longer if you trim off most of the fat. If you don't have a dehydrator, crack the...

I was raided by the local police!

Contact NORML, they might even give you a pro bono (free) lawyer if theres a chance that your case will set an important precedent. Mendo Co here. Did you have to pull up all 18 or did they let you keep the ones for your card?

    Awesome local amendment source!

I just found a bulk supplier of organic soil amendments right in my hometown. I just ordered 2 cubic yards of mushroom compost from them for $35 a yard, which is WAAAY cheaper than buying 1.5 cubic feet of any amendment from a grow shop for $20 to $30. They gave me a product list and it has...

Q about seedy bud for real stoners and sellers

As long as you let your customer know what he's buying, and maybe knock 10%-15% off if you want. Just don't misrepresent your product.

    aquarium waste for nutes

I would recommend composting it first. Your kitchen compost bin will be greatly fortified by the regular addition of your filter scum. If that takes too long, mix a teaspoon of sludge to a gallon of water and try it on ONE plant. BTW, just because something is "organic" does not mean that it...

it all starts with a gallon of gas

Good shit. I'm in the middle of Mendo. Maybe next time I'm going south (to SF a few times a month) we can meet up somewhere and swap nugs. You think the weather's gonna stay nice like this for a while? I just started moving my girls outside. bongsmilie
