If its growing in a flat land,just use a tarp or thick pastic,on the dirt,so no water soaks that area.

next time grow in coco, you can also add some beneficial fungi,I like Roots organics XL.

If theres no bugs under the leaf,it looks like salt,calcium residue from spraying it.

thats powdery mildew.Add 1oz. milk,9oz. water,and spray the plant.Or you can use a sulfur burner.I hate powdery,if a plant I'm growing gets it,I just trash it.Superlemonhaze,bbcheese,lemonskunk,are a few strains that seem to be mildew proof.Increase fresh airflow,lower the humidity.

Yeh SLH is A+ ganj,I got the indica pheno,last year,I hit it with some masterkush pollen(dutchpassion).I'll be doing a journal soon.The kingskush is A+,If you get the rite pheno,and I think I got it.

Could be problem with heat,nutes,ph,fresh air,over watered,crappy genetics.Keep temps at no higher than 80F,water when pot is light,add lime,get fresh air moving in,and out.You can add a few drop of h2o2 per gal, of water,just to keep roots free of desease,if you did'nt give um,benefecial fungus.

I would'nt cut off the leaves,but you should just give them water from now on.
