I actually ended up scoring some roots organic, buddah grow.... a buddy of mines grow failed pretty bad and he decided it wasnt for him, so i got the roots organics (grow & bloom) & three four ft t5's w/ fixtures for 50 bucks, I'm a happy camper.

I have used pro-tekt already, just the tiniest bit when my seedlings wouldn't stand up. I got good results, its high potassium content is really good for flimsy stems/thin leaves. I could see a serious improvement. Thanks for the advice :)

You have a whole lot going on for your first grow lol & the drooping leaves sounds like over watering to me

I'd germ longer, that's just me personally, I waited to plant mine until they had about an inch taproot, some even had starter leaves. Just make sure to keep the paper toil moist and in a warm place, but watch for mold!

I'd go with something DIY style, I mean its really easy to just order some shit off line or go into a hydroponics store and see what they have but I think its much more cost efficient if you have the knowledge to build it. I've just been searching around & scoping other peoples grows and making...

They look big but your leaves look a little droopy/overly moist to me? Maybe its just my eye sight but careful for over watering

I know this thread is over, but start a grow journal so we can see those babies grow lol & are you using tin foil? If so try and switch to mylar, it's scientifically proven that tin foil can cause burning, and it's not very efficient. I'm in the process of revamping my ghetto tinfoil set up today.
