i would try a little higher ppm. i use 450ppm on my 2 week old guys. up it slowly (like 50-100ppm a day)and if you see any nute burn, then go back to the previous... if you check regularly, you can actually wait til it does burn and go down 100ppm and you'll be right there... your plant looks...
