You can put a hundred fans in there but without fresh air exchange your just blowing hot air around. You need to exaust that hot, stale air and bring in cool fresh air.

Venting is so very important! You cant expect a plant to grow strong with no fresh air or breeze. Let alone in 96 degrees. Can you throw a fan in there and leave the door open? Might just be older leafs. Ive also seen leaves that touch the substrate do this. I wouldnt worry to much about it, just make sure your not overfeeding her (yes too much nutes is a bad thing). Looks very healthy other then a few leafs id say your doing just fine.

Im pretty sure any growing light would have some protection against humidity. It is a growing light and cant grow much without humidity being a factor. There should be some type of moisture barrier. Edit: I wouldnt call that a noob question at all, its a pretty legit question/concern.
