You could get one at home depot (ask for their security lights), or most any "hardware stores". They will have 75-200 watt lights available. Stay away from the halogen types and get the High Pressure Sodium.

Depends on what you consider "full size". It will not grow to be a tree under that lighting, but it can grow out to be a decent producer if you care for it right. My thought it give it some time under 20/4 lighting so it can veg fuller.

A lot of "normal" strains that will preflower after a few months under even 24/0. Some of the preflowering can be pretty thick. You can just keep vegging them.

They will root under 12/12, but they seem to root quicker with longer light periods...at least for me. As for sexing, that is already done if you have sexed the donor plant. The clones will be a carbon copy of your starting stock. That is why cloning is so desirable. Cloning is pretty easy...
