Usually more light and the perfect ratio of plant bloom nutes is the best way. what size bulbs you runniin?

When you transplant next i would put it into potting soil from a hydro store or nursery. get the organic kind with no added time release fertilizers unless you arent planning on adding nutes

If you want low cost than i would def go with cfl's over led's. Plus theres a shole cfl sub forum in indoor growing where you can get advice and comparisons.

1) Most people ususally put them in the hydroton when roota poke through.. You might have to water the cubes for a few days until the roots reach water level in your resevoir. 2) The water should be about a 1/2" from the bottom of your net pots. (It can even be touching the bottom of the pots)...
