Need pics of the whole bud. I see clear, cloudy, and an amber trich or two, but that looks like a sugar leaf, what do the trichs on the calyxes look like? Are all the pistils red/brown and shriveled? Have the buds swelled?

You're almost in the zone, a few more of the white pistils die back and a little swelling left to do, but you're close, couple weeks.

It really doesn’t look like bugs. I assume you found nothing under the leaves, you might need a loop. My only experience with promix was not a good one, but many use it successfully. I do remember it was peat based and I had ph issues with it.
