300ppm should be 0.6 ec, not high but not low to start with, 0.3 is somewhat ok when your trying to build your own solution. You have 0.2 ec which is good if you plan to make water solutions. I found that dealing with living soil most of the time you should inspect the bag in terms of freshness (moisture) and smell. A good soil mix should smell like a wet rain forest kinda thing and should be very moist, not drowning in water but not lacking in them.

Don't blow air directly on plants, it is preferred if your RH and Temps are solid to not run fans at all. If you must have fans, make them as slow as you can and make sure they are not blowing strong on plants.
