    No that's just the tent only. As far as lights just make sure you do your research and dont get a blurple light like I did. lots of options and information almost overwhelming to decide wich lights to choose.

    Just got a cool grows 3x3 off Amazon 85 bucks pretty quality, no light leaks!! I should know it's right next to my bed at night!!!
