I would suggest using panda film. white paint and Mylar both work but they don't work as well as panda film.

It shouldn't be an issue, you have a healthy root system and they will "air prune" themselves given enough time. Put your pots on an elevation rack so more air reaches the bottom of the pots. No need to worry, it happens!

Between 75-80f Is ideal, just make sure they are not more than 3 degrees hotter than ambient temps.
