uh.....I'm confused what your even getting at here lol. 400w hps will raise my tent temps by 6-7 degrees during summer.....meaning I usually pushing 80 degrees plus during lights on. with a 315w cmh. I only see a about 2 -3 degree difference. Less wattage . less heat. what's your arguement ??

it's hard to say since a lot of guys run individual 315s for better coverage . problem is no matter how many 315w fixtures you have, you may gain some penetration but will be very weak when compared to other hids*. that's why I much prefer to keep my 315s for veg. and rock a 630w dual 315w bulb...
