Bigger screw head? PK-3 is not an adhesive. And it is best to not be mushing. You can break the cob and/or leave air gaps. The real way, is you stencil or silkscreen (if producing vol.) I will mask off with Blue Tape and lay an even very thin pad. I let that set up. I add PK-3 to the back...

Light is light, PAR is PAR. All about the cooling and the reflector. But, it is a straight drop in replacement and the same color as my 250w CFL and certainly twice as efficient, at least, at any temperature. And after 1 year, the replacement for CFL is $100 so the Corn cob will pay for itself.
