Well, im about to make your day. You can go to walmart and get 2 48" t12 fluorescents for cheap. The ballast is 9.99 and the lights are a couple bucks. Im using them myself and they do just fine.

In other words, when I say cheap, I mean a good deal. But that site seems pretty reasonable. Thanks

Yeah, thats more like it. Cheap to me is cheap to everybody. You have 1 ballast for 125 dollars on one site and the same ballast for 75 dollars on another. The 75 dollar ballast would be the "cheap" one. lol

Yeah, I dont think I would buy lights off ebay but I would consider buying the ballast. I actually think I found a good website. They have over 1000 different nuts to pick from. I will check out ebay. I dont know why I didnt think of going there.

Can anybody give me some ideas on where to get some lights for cheap? Im also looking for mylar paper so if you know where I can get these for a good price, any help would be great.

This chart is great if you want to know the correct distance to set your lights. I just used the same chart and my plants are looking better than ever.

You def will get better results from hps. 40 dollars for t8 is crazy. I bought a t8 double ballast for 10 bucks. I paid only a couple dollars for the lights. They work good but they dont compare to the hps. If I were you, I would only use the cfls for side lighting as I do myself. Seems to work...

How do you know that its a male if the pollen sacks arent there yet? Not trying to b a smart ass, I am curiouse because I would like to sex mine asap. They are 8 weeks from seed. Your plants are lookng great though. Your male is coming out beautiful. Shame its not female.
