yep, the lowers will yellow and/or wilt cuz they arent getting much direct light anymore. looks like plenty of larf can be pulled, everything below the 3rd nodes should go. the plant will continue to stretch and fill with buds getting direct light, not larfy stuff we dont want

HF is basically OF with less amendments. Both need additional perlite. Ok to recycle soil after grow too, just shake the soil off the roots and add some dolomite lime. The soil is basically inert at this point, anything planted with this recycled soil will require appropriate level feed.
