Are there labs comparing BHO vs ROSIN ingredients

I think you are confusing distillate with concentrate/extract. An extract like BHO will yield in the ~70% range (or a bit higher), however a proper distillate should really be no less than 90%. A crude garage setuo distillate might be in the 70-80% range, but by no means should a proper lab...

    Making medicine for cancer patient?

This is something I have been working on for some time now, and my process is continually changing/evolving, but the basic idea is just some extract, be it bho/qwiso/qwet etc cut with coconut oil. My process right now is extracting the oil from completely dried and slightly ground cannabis via a...

    Plant is Too Perky?

Have you checked the actual surface temp of the leaves with an IR temp probe? A lot of times plants will point leaves up if the surface temp is too high or if there is too much light. This is pretty much spot on, though I disagree with gas exchange being the main issue. I'd say its more likely...

    Your latest seed purchase?

Cool, I'll have to dig around and give them a read. I already grow out Harlequin with excellent results so I'm interested in seeing how this cookie wreck cross with it does.

    Your latest seed purchase?

Definitely interested in hearing how it goes for you. I just picked up a pack of Half n Half by cannaventure, which is Cookie Wreck x Harlequin and is supposed to be 1:1 in most plants. Also picked up some Blotto OGK, Rage OGK and C99 from mosca. Would love to know if anyone has grown any of...

Day 11 From Seed. Stunted growth??

Definitely doesn't look normal to me. It's kinda hard to tell from the photo but it looks burned on the leaf margins? And the new leaves look curled in and brown/burned. Definitely looks like it has root problems to me.

    Commercial Grow Licensing

You can't, it's literally impossible. He's saying he wants to be the employer with people working for him, not being the employee working for some big company.

    Great Lakes Genetics ?

I've had good luck with Gage Green seeds, particularly "freedom baby" (harlequin x joseph), as well as cool creek genetics and mosca seeds. I haven't tried the gg#4xlbl but I hear good things about it, and I have had great results with all the LBL crosses from GLG. Going to try "Half n Half"...

    Great Lakes Genetics ?

I haven't had this problem with mine, which is now one of the staples that I consistently grow in my garden. I run mine in RDWC and feed it pretty light, no higher than 1.0EC (.5 scale) and it always performs great. It grows much bushier in veg than most of my others, but it still stretches...

    Undercurrent pipe size question

Yeah I tried mylar sheets over them cut to size but it was getting grimy and losing reflectiveness in spots. Then I tried foil, but same problem, it gets grimy between the foil and lid where moisture gets trapped. Finally settled on just painting it with a durable plastic safe matte black, and...

    Undercurrent pipe size question

I'm using 3" collars and never have an issue. I do find the neoprene collars tend to give out a bit too easy, but using a more rigid foam like from pool noodles works flawless. I cut them a bit thicker, close to 1.5", and have never had any issues with it toppling or falling through. I do use a...

    Undercurrent pipe size question

Yes this is very true, it is a pain trying to compensate the needs of a faster growing plant and then end up burning a different one. These days I avoid mixing strains just for the sake of not having varying harvest dates... because f that. Essentially just a neoprene collar or similar foam...

    Undercurrent pipe size question

Ah that explains it, I switched from using 6" netpots to 3" to raise my levels higher, then eventually to mediumless with a foam collar which I love since there's no washing hydroton or cutting roots from the pots.

    Undercurrent pipe size question

I lost the only pure sativa I had so I guess it's not a problem anymore lol. Now it's just cannatonic and harlequin, which isn't picky despite being sativa dom.

    Undercurrent pipe size question

Yep been there lol... That's one of the reasons I split my 50g system into two 25g loops.

    Undercurrent pipe size question

You must run your water levels low then. I run mediumless and keep my levels about 3-4 inches from the top. I would think most would be filling at least 20g or close to that in the 27g totes.

    Undercurrent pipe size question

I personally prefer RDWC over UC, but that's because it fits my grow area better. You could always retrofit to larger pipes down the road or upgrade from 5g to 8g tubs. I haven't found site size to impact growth much given that the roots are always in the nutrient solution unlike potted...

    Undercurrent pipe size question

Looks about right. Only thing to keep in mind is that with the 27g totes you have a lot of water, which means a much larger capacity chiller and the larger electric bill and price tag that comes with it. The 15g and 8g tubs work well if you can't afford a large chiller or don't need such large...

    Undercurrent pipe size question

Stick with that. No reason to change from RDWC to UC. I doubt you would see any changes in growth.
