LST = tie'ing them down , new branches shoot out everywhere , then down they go, no need to top, but topping is also usefull, & your plants will shoot out just fine

Before U top , look into LST, it works very well, IMO

im with U Mr Pepper, Y grow in a pesticide, i also think Australia or states of have barred carbyl, in there home garden products, must be a reason for it

Auto's dont like any interference, when that tap root hits the bottom of whatever it's in , it changes there mind , they are very fickle , & next time U germinate your auto , were U want to grow it, if it was heat stress the leaves would curl inward , called canoe'ing, Auto's can be rewarding ...

Yes , i use maxibloom for flower as well, tell me @ day 23 U just washed the soil away from the roots , & pushed em into the bottle of water?? did U ever change the water , or just kept topping up ?? ive never seen anything like it , its amazing

No , not around Alice, thats Coober Pedy or White Cliffs, or Andamooka, .......a lot of houses in Coober are underground , because of the heat , & when U drive toward the town theres signs , warning U of falling down diggings, theres holes , everywhere

I can tell U this much , the 2 plants here are in different size pots, they were germinated the same time, there the same strain, 1 is in a 40 litre pot , the other a 55 litre pot (square) as U can see the 55 litre pot is doing heaps better, & took a week longer to flower , there both...

These are a cuppla little autos , & as U can see , ive defol , but only after a few weeks of flowering , like 3 or 4, weeks, imo the suckers , & lower shade leaves , no longer , have a purpose, & only detract from the rest of the plant, but , im no expert, good luck Poon

I agree with, Whitebb, these little laddies didnt start the flower prosess until almost week 7, & to support , Whitebb's theory, the 1 in the square pot , has an extra 15 litres of soil & took a week longer to start flowering...........id just be rolling with nature & not interfearing, imo

what an amazing grow , may i ask, what the ph of the water was 4 the grow , & how often, did U feed with Maxigro, i reckon its great fert, also how long after germ , did ig go into the bottle ?? heres a little auto thats been brought up on Maxigro
