Not so, it's better for them to get a little size first, yes, but not necessary and his look more than ready just by looking at the stalks...if they are a foot tall, then they are more than ready because stretch will be a factor in the tent.

if all goes right you could...I know nothing about Led's..in a 4x4 tent I used a 400 hps and got 12 zips actually 14 if you count all the air buds. looks to me like you got the green thumb...no guarantees though...lot's can go wrong...but on a perfect grow, I don't see why not.
