looks genetic ..... possibly a titch overripe from the look of the buds but the plant itself looks perfectly healthy to me..... some strains have more carotenoid/anthocyanin than others.

on the left..... is that a vetch of some sort? i'd imagine that there'd be some really cool sedums to be found in the desert too, no? i think that bromeliad's the one..... i've seen those blooms in florists for $25+/stem -- crazy stuff.

i used to have a citronella geranium. i used to rip some up and put it in the potpourri bowl that came with the vape; it smells so pretty.

that's pefect!! apparently our soil needs "improving" all over so i can just set aside an area for them and not have to amend it to boot (bonus). bringing out the meals this year; expanded the veg garden last year and everything but the greens *failed* - and it's not like i'm new new at this...

wow, i had no idea there were so many different kinds of them..... must look into that. the magenta ones were some of my grandma's favourites.

i'm gonna start with myself..... countless burns from lightbulbs, mostly back of neck, top of ear (barebulb style for damn near a decade now).... instant 2nd degree burns to palms of both hands on a generator exhaust (that was a fun couple weeks)..... tripped down too-steep-for-code...

oooo what colour? i really want some red ones for this year. do you happen to know if they're very toxic? that always makes me hesitate because of the kids and animals.
