I wouldnt worry about the micros being organic or already chelated. Any ol bottle of micros will work. just make sure you have enough Ca in your mix to keep them healthy. (organic cal mag and regular ol bottle of micros)

50% is about right for now.... you want her praying for the light before you turn it up. I do agree with daz/dapper on feeding right away. 20-20-20 is strong so be careful. 1 teaspoon per gallon is a LOT of food.
