Letting it evaporate outside isnt gonna pull all the alcohol out. I guarantee if u put that under a vacuum u will see a lot of bubbles as it degasses

I cant imagine using 15ml per gallon! At 6ml I've burned my plants. To be sure, even at 3ml the plants dont like it. I always have a few deformed/burned looking leaves show up a few days after application. I'm gonna half my nutes before my application this time and see if that helps
