Don't fall into the rookie mistake of counting your chickens before they hatch--In an average grow with average conditions and an average lamp basic nutes etc with a few of the average problems you usually have to deal with like magnesium deficiency etc . I always averaged out around 80 to 100...

As you probably know a Viparspectra 450 give you a '' sweet spot '' of arounf 12 inches square directly below the light, if you are only flowering one plant at a time the whole plant would be in this sweet spot and should perform well

How do you get on with supplementing the Bio Bizz Bio Bloom--its kind of a Bio Bizz thing that when you grow in it mag deficiency and a couple of other deficiencies creep in. Epsom salts keeps mag def at bay, just wondered if you put in any additions.

Your tent is five foot tall and your going to be using LED's--plants could be 3 feet tall, and assuming you hang the light 1 foot from the top, then you still will be 12 inches from the top of the plants to the light---with LED's this is not too close. Don't sweat too much about the height
