When you say PPM, what conversion factor are you using? There are 3 different values. PPM is derived from EC. Your PPM depends on this conversion factor.

Id back it away a bit and see. There is plenty of light for a clone at 2 feet from a 600W. More light is not better at this stage. You need the plant to be happy in her environment before turning on the lumens :)

if the pH is low, you better hope the nutrient company you use has the proper chelated elements. At low pH, elements will begin to lock out...it's surely not ideal to be below 5.5 :)

You always want air pumping into your nutrient solution. Always!

Your humidity and temps are good. What is the EC or PPM of the nutrient solution you are feeding them?

Like mentioned above, try less lighting when the plants are small. Looking into some t8 or t5 fixtures. make sure you get a nice full spectrum. Once they take off...give them the 600 around 12-24" above the plant.

Any new or unknown water source should be sent to a lab. To get it analyzed will cost you around $50. Better safe than sorry in a lot of cases :)
