    Nutrients for soil grows

Careful with the nitrogen and watering frequency. I know the nitrogen amount is a shot in the dark, stupid nutrient companies. You have some curling going on and it can be fixed.

    How difficult is hydro?

A chiller will help you circulate the water. You actually pump your nutrient solution "through" the chiller and back into your reservoir. Chillers are a must if you can not keep your nutrient solution below 75F. Expect your plants to double or triple in size when they are introduced into...

    reads and give advice !!!!

I wish I could help. Nutrients are a guessing game unless you actually know what you're feeding. If you're worried there's an issue, feed at 1/2 the rate you normally do for a couple days then revert back to normal strength when you see the plant recover.

    Too much nutrients?

If I were you. I would not water her anymore until you see the substrate drying out. If you do water her, make sure it's pH'd water. Repeat (wait for her to dry out). Keep a light on her 18-24 hours a day. I wouldn't use those 600 watt's, they're a little too much right now, especially for...

Be careful, bleach also oxidizes. Dont want to damage pumps or expensive water chillers. It doesn't take very long for bleach to kill things :)

    Nitrogen toxicity?

Another thing to consider. Liquid nutrients can fall out of solution. This is a huge problem, and one of many reasons why we did a powder line. Nutrient companies mix their products at a certain temperature. They try to make a lot of these liquids as concentrated as possible. If your...

    Nitrogen toxicity?

What EC (or PPM) are you feeding at? If you're using the nutrients they way the mfg instructs, you shouldnt be having a problem this bad as long as your pH is under control. Make sure to double check your math (ml per gallon). One simple error can cause a ton of problems. I know it sounds...

    Too much nutrients?

Ive seen plants that look "dead" come back after a week or two. It really depends on how much time and effort you want to put into seeing if she'll make it. Might want to try again sadly.

It's always a good idea to rinse your equipment and lines with a light bleach solution, especially if you've had unwanted microbial growth in the past.

    Organic vs Chemical Nutes

Are you growing in fabric pots? The other part of your concern really depends on what you need your end product to be. If you or your patients want an organic end product, then an organic regimen is for you. If you're going the chemical route, keep your EC on the lower range (1.6 to 1.7)...

    Nutrients for soil grows

You obviously have a dislike for me and I'm sorry for that. I'm really not here to argue. We all try our best to give sound advice. Sure, mine has a twist because we sell a product here. At the end of the day, I think both of our intentions are positive. The proof is in the pudding. Our...
