    gnats during flowering

Technically you are 100 percent correct that the stuff in the bottle is not created the same way as organic h202 in nature is (which still technically is not 'organic' because it lacks a carbon molecule), however the end result is the same. Just as hydrogen doesn't care if you extract it from...

    gnats during flowering

I will add I have been reading and enjoying Hyroots posts for years, quite often agree with his advice, and will continue to do so... If I came off like a dick, and I probably did, well.. I am old and sore and it makes me grouch.. back when I was young and healthy I was just a real asshole for...

    gnats during flowering

It is a well known fact that h202 IS organic and that it KILLS fungas gnats.. that isn't even in dispute.. .. Yet you said it is bad for organics and DOESN'T (you said this, over and over, and it is utterly wrong, you wont admit you were wrong, and why you want to mislead people is anyone's...

    gnats during flowering

My goodness.. if I hadn't seen larvae die and know how the bloke could control it in minutes, I would of never said anything.. it kills larva PERIOD. There isn't a commercial organic farmer in my circle (I was one for years and and I know many) that doesn't use h202 as part of their kit in one...

    gnats during flowering

"Fungus gnats can also be easily controlled with a simple product you may already have at home. Fungus gnat larvae will die on contact with hydrogen peroxide." http://www.freeplants.com/fungus-gnats.htm " Water your plant with a mixture of one part hydrogen peroxide and four parts water. The...

    gnats during flowering

Just random links.. but along with water, ISO alcohol and hydrogen peroxide, other than nutes, my plants never see anything else.. well, rarely and then it has been years. The stuff is INVALUABLE in your 'kit'. At least in my opinion, although I am just a humble soil grower these days who only...

    gnats during flowering

Again.. and there is room for your jibe and mine.. but worth noting, I use it at any stage of flowering or veg (although they only come in with new soils, I don't have an issue with them as a standard) and the ONLY effect I have ever seen, is the plant just seems to love it and for a few days is...

    gnats during flowering

*sigh*.. for 25 years this is ALL I use.. period.. and of course sticky traps or attractants for males. As for killing bacteria, it may be worth noting any damage by peroxide is negligible to the damage the critters are doing. Thee is a REASON h20 is employed by farmers across the country in...

    gnats during flowering

Oh,, heh.. by peroxide water, I mean water it with a cup of peroxide (3.2%) to a gallon of water .. kills larva INSTANTLY.. every stinking one of them.. also aerates soil and for occasional applications, encourages uptake of some nutrients.. Just spraying with peroxide water will ENCOURAGE the...

    gnats during flowering

Sticky traps for adults, peroxide water (read up) will kill larva.. ya.. No worries, just the ticket.

newbie with a couple questions regarding harvest prep and cleaning sticky fingers

After you scrape your hands, and tools.. Break out the mineral/baby oil... Fight fire with fire.. Very little breaks up the oils and sticky, like that oily crap, but that oily crap washes away easily. Try it.. worse that can happen is you try something else, and you have baby soft skin...

    flush

Thinking and confused is GOOD.. much better than not thinking and certain of something that is not certainable.. (that is not a word I don't think, but it should be.. certainable)... Keep thinking.. and try lots of shit when in doubt, it's only grass.

Let my soil dry out, gnat's aren't there anymore, plants drooping

Ok.. step farther.. see how you read those leaves? You communicated with your plant.. you understood it was thirsty.. From now on, read the laves when watering.. they will tell you when to water ALWAYS.. never let them get droopy, but just the onset of the bigger bottom leaves just barely...

    plants dying/yellowing during flower (pics)

I am also going to go out on a limb, and suggest next round, keep feeding veg foods until AFTER the onset of healthy flowering and THEN switch to your bloom foods.. but obviously only a 10th of what you have been doing or so. maybe even literally.. Remember though, I am just guessing..

    plants dying/yellowing during flower (pics)

With those leaves all twisted and shriveled like that, I am going to go out on a limb and suggest you may of given them far too many bloom foods.. Phosphorus burn perhaps.. Others who have done something like this, may have a better take.

Let my soil dry out, gnat's aren't there anymore, plants drooping

Yes, assuming that is the gig it will be fine. Sit back and watch, you can actually (albeit slowly) watch the leaves start moving real time after you water.

Possible potassium or magnesium deficiency ?

The little round 'pre leaves'.. they should of been gone already.. you probably took too good of care of them and they tried to stick around extra,. ;-)

    flush

I use fucking miracle grow on my plants anymore, chemical city.. (although otherwise the soil and the leaves never see anything more than water, h20 and ISO for pest and maintenance control) I do not flush, I have flushed, I will not flush. There is no fertilizer in the buds,.,. that is just...

Possible potassium or magnesium deficiency ?

No.,. Unless you planted it in sand, you are too young in to be having either of those deficiencies. Check your PH.. pictures? If you haven't used any nutes yet, she is perhaps telling you how hungry she is.. use a light dose of all purpose and watch her go me thinks. EDIT.. oh, and your 'pre...
