Foliar Sprays. Are they worth it?

I have done weekly sprays instead of every 2 weeks and havent noticed any negative effects. Ill try and increase it to twice a week and see what happens. I am using promix with mycorhizae in the next grow and adding a blend of liquid bacteria and hormones to the soil. This stuff is also from...

Foliar Sprays. Are they worth it?

A pound? How is that possible? A root bound plant in 1g pot is no where big enough to support a pound. I am doubting that the kelloggs could supply as much nutrients as my plants are requiring right now (check grow thread). But I do not doubt that other soils could support the nutrient...

Foliar Sprays. Are they worth it?

Root development will allow the plant to be larger i.e. an iceberg how its majority under water is the same idea for plants. Also a strong root base will allow good water uptake and can allow for a stronger plant. This foliar spray is meant for commercial agriculture farms. The jugs say use 1...

    First BHO with Heated Vacuum

I did run my bud through a small blender to get it really fine. I will have to try breaking the bud up by hand next time. I did freeze the tube and bud for a couple hours. I am really happy with the flavor, terpenes and how hard it hits, other waxes I have had from dispensaries are around...

Foliar Sprays. Are they worth it?

The application is only once every 14 days so it doesnt add too much moisture. Plus I using a scrog so I simply spray the underside of the scrog and not the bud or top fan leaves.

    First BHO with Heated Vacuum

This was my first harvest. It is an outdoor blue dream and I decided to make some bho and to purge it using a heated vacuum. The vacuum is a converted pressure cooker placed on a skillet. Here is the harvest. I got 2.5 oz dried and used 1 oz for the bho which yielded 3g of shatter. I...

Archaic37's Vero 18 and DIY Grow Tent

I tested my runoff water pH and it has been consitently at 7. How can I reduce it? I figured simply watering 6.0-6.3 water will help bring it down. The plants appear to be fine and growing quite well and my pH pen is calibrated.

    New to RIU

Yes in addition to the COBs. I have extensive LED experience for plants and corals. One of the best colors for both plants and corals which is often overlooked and under used is the violet spectrum. We will be experimenting with the pH system and hopefully bringing some fun stuff to both Hydro...

    Cloning Issues

Thanks! I do think it may have been too much light for them as my fixture is about 17000 lumens. I will probably be making a clone light using a vero 10 2.7K its better than a CFL as far as spectrum goes and only about 3000 lumens. What other medium could I put the clones in beside rockwool?

    Cloning Issues

I recently tried cloning in a clone dome and lost all my clones. I was looking for some help on what I did wrong. I cut and split the bottom of each clone them dipped them in xnutrients clone gel and placed them in rockwool. The rockwool was watered with 5.5pH to keep it moist. Misted inside...
