Day 57

Some pics of the trichs. We're getting close....going to think about flushing soon. What does everybody think? I always hate this part because I'm unsure how long I want to flush, plus the jack 47, chocolope and PE are all at different stages. So I try and time it somewhere in the middle so all of the plants can get a flush....some a little late and some a little early.

Anyway, here are the trichs. How much longer would you give it?

Yep. Best to separate your strains by weeks they need to finish. But if you have 8 weekers and 10 weekers in the same tray/rez it becomes problematic.

Very nice grow. Was looking at getting some jack 47s but it looks like they are a 10 weeker which I dont want. 9 weeks max for me. Ebb and flow isnt too bad, I just stick my earlier plants on top of pots and hand water them to start flushing them for about a week then drop them back down to flush them all. Cant beat ebb and flow for getting a really good flush either. Soil is a real PITA to flush well enough unless you flush for atleast 2 weeks.

Thanks bro! Yea, the Jack 47's are lagging behind the chocolopes quite a bit. All of the hairs have turned on the choco's and the hairs on the jack are as white as can be. It has at LEAST another 2 weeks I would say. As far as the flush technique on the ebb and flow is concerned, I have to say that's a pretty cool trick. I'll make sure to remember that. Unfortunately it wont work for this grow however--I'm scroggin' it so I can't really lift the pots until I cut the plants down. I'll probably do a flush here in a couple of days (for 3-4 days), cut down the plants that are ready and then see where I am as far as the 47's are concerned. Maybe go back to nutes, maybe not. We'll see!

Some macro shots of the buds with the HID on. Thought i'd share. Started flushing today....should start to chop here in less than a week. Pretty stoked.

I hate when i get to the end of a thread only to find out its not complete lol. Would have loved to see the finished result and yield

I fuckin hate it as well.

I got 5 regular seeds of russiRu rocket furfmale auto crossed with auto white dearf just to peak my curiosity while I gather the rest of my equipment for my 5x5 1000 hps grow
