So i noticed orange coming through although very faint, thought i had at least another week before seeing any orange. Shall i flush now ?
1st sign of orange pistils is it time to flush

Cannabis cultivation is rife with debate over many aspects of cultivation. Sometimes it's based on "Bro' Science," which often in turn is based on post hoc ergo propter hoc logic. That's a fancy way of saying that one thing caused another, because it happened after. The classic is the rooster who thought his crowing made the sun rise. "My Grandaddy used to piss in the pot patch, and he raised fire, so if you want fire, piss in your patch." I listened to an interview with a large scale grower whose background was agriculture before he got into pot. His comment was that flushing stresses the plant, because nutrients get flushed away. Drenching the roots does not remove nutrients from the flower. Why would you want to stress the plant? HIs comment on curing was also interesting. With large scale grows, nobody is going to be burping jars. Hung in 60% RH and 60 degrees Farenheit for several weeks provides a slow dry which is the secret of the cure. Another issue is light deprivation before harvest. Testing showed that first thing in the morning was the best time to harvest, as the plant has been preparing all night for another day. But depriving of light for two or three days before harvest did not increase the yield.

Needs probably 4 more weeks or so. And don't flush. If you want you can cut back at the end, but you have a long ways to go still.

She has a few weeks. She hasn't even begun her swell yet, fresh white hairs all over=not Yet. Lighten up on the nitrogen, glossy green leaves in bud phase is bad.

Looks great. my rule, go at least one week past recommended time. your good if hair are growing. you will notice over time when the truly start looking tired and ready. Ive gone a month or more past recommended with no differences in results but bigger buds. keep in mind the late stage is just bud getting bigger so all good. Overtime is better then undertime.

flushing is personal and I just nut 2/3 weeks prior to end. then again organic. I don't flush anymore at all. just last nut timing. I think like anything, flushing which surely to new people means drowning causes stress not good. Like cattle, keep em very happy till that one bad day and make it quick....
