i think your plants will be fine see4... 55 isn't very cold, that's what i have my thermostat set to in the house, lol.. seriously though, they can take a few days of just above freezing and still be ok.. may stunt growth a bit, but other then that, unless the plants themselves freeze, they should be just fine imo..

i keep blue board on the floor. That helps keep the buckets a little warmer a little longer

i never went to bed so i've been up for about 36 hours now. however, some real badass guy with one of those industrial snowblowers removed the ENTIRE FUCKING hell mound in front of the driveway, apparently just because he's a nice guy. he did everyone's sidewalks and everything. he's been out there for at least 7 hours clearing everyone's shit. i can't describe the mindfuck because this is place is generally full of such turds. i told him i don't have any money right now but i'll get him a bunch of beer and ciggs on monday (i always see him drinking beer and smoking and i don't have any bud right now to offer and i know he doesn't have a car to hit up the packie). the dude REFUSED. i insisted and told me not to worry about it and his landlord stocked him on gas and oil and he was happy to make sure the sidewalks were clear because people drive like dicks around here. i seriously almost shit myself.

what could have very easily been a 6 hour project was cut down to just a couple hours to clean up the cars/driveway and the back stairs and shit. and i'm still getting him the beer and ciggs and if he really doesn't take them i'll drink and smoke the shit myself.

this day turned out much better than expected. it was SO MUCH FUCKING SNOW and it would have taken me forever to clear it myself with that bitch electric snowblower and shovel. a late plow came by and dumped some more shit but i ain't even mad. it'll take me less than a half hour to fix it.

Totally unrelated, but have you ever used an outhouse where the seat was made with either the blue or pink foam board ?
It is awesome - it warms up instantly when you sit down.
No more cold buns.

I know that sounds weird, but it really works !

I was watching news and some guy in Connecticut said, "We haven't had much snow for a few years, so people forgot how to drive in it."

Well, I live in AK - that's a myth. It only takes one summer for most people to forget.

I figured it out after a few wrecks.

After the multi-day shifts in the skid steer, it's almost difficult to drive the fwd auto with traction control and anti-skid. Snow driving is similar to sand driving, or monsoon driving... I don't understand how people forget...

thanks racer. yea i had them by the window during the day, which actually is the opposite i had my light cycle... so now that the power is back on, im going back to light and night, dark at day. i hope the light cycle jump doesnt shock these girls. turns out the temp thing wasn't too bad, no signs of stress on the plants thus far.

will be keeping a close eye on them the next few days..

Whining not whinging.

The comma goes immediately after a word not immediately before the next word.

Your english is terrible. Go back to school.

"Whinging", sometimes "whingeing" although I find the latter spelling unharmonious, is a common colloquialism in the UK. cn
