thanks for the response, very good stuff. honestly my shivas just started out as really crappy clones from the club, they never had a chance. my buddy tried one out too, and he hated it as well. the m. purps was retardedly purple from week 4 and on, but i just didn't dig the flavor (aroma was off the hook tho). under my 600w and my 400w combined I can usually fit 14-20 plants in my closet comfortably.

hey thanks... i was about to germ some more seeds, when my buddy calls me and hooks me up with two well developed purple kush teens. I hate the yield but love the buds, so i might just fill up the room just w/ that. thanks for the help guys.

you are welcome here my legal buddy, but i'm thinking after i root these clones i'm gonna start a new thread. until then, heres whats goin down:
took 1st generation of clones from kushs, transplanted moms to their final homes (3g. buckets), and i'm still waiting for the last two kushs to finish their trichs. I set up a clone chamber, have a veg chamber (currently housing my budding kushs), and my closet is back on 18/6. I'll have pics up within the week, i've been crazy busy lately.

my most recent bagseed/ bearded dragon harvest was decent (1 1/2 oz per plant) and the weed was a killer head fuck, but i'm ready to give them the time they need in veg to get at least 2oz per plant (and i'll have a lot more plants). It is going to be hard to push this out of a low-yielding plant like kush, especially in soil under a 600w without CO2. but i'm sure as fuck gonna try. even 1oz of kush per plant is cool, people are willing to go the extra mile to get a hold of it.

also, i just put a huge batch of ganja butter in the fridge, time for mass cookies!!!

i feel ya..ive got some p k clones going and there slow to bud at start... havent seen my finished product from them yet..im ancy.. there about 3weeks of 12 12 in.. good luck on ur goals bud..just throu a link up wen u start a new thread..im subscribed to this 1..

my kush strain is VERY old (as in its a clone of a clone x a lot), so it starts budding fast. but it takes fucking forever to finish it's crazy. the buds, even when picked extremely early, are some of the dankest ever. enjoy bro.

phreakygoat can you help me with a grow and how to get seeds? i live in freedom so you are around town too. and how long does it take from start to end ? how does it make a difference indoor vs outdoor? thanks either way and awesome thread! ps i believe i got purp/haze? how can i get seeds out of it?

whats up bro, where is freedom exactly? i'd be glad to give you advice on your grow, but I am only one grower on this awesome site, so do hella research and you'll get a better view of the specifics. the faq is particularly beneficial. Ok, here goes:

it is very helpful if you start your own journal/ question thread here on RIU, you'll usually get all your answers questioned eventually.
and how to get seeds?
i started from clones and bagseeds; get legal and get clones/seeds from cannabis dispensaries. one clone is like $15 and thats your new mom. one mother plant can potentially produce thousands of clones in its life.
and how long does it take from start to end ? indoors, the vegetative cycle continues as long as the lights are on at least 18 hours per day, aka no more than 6 hours of darkness. each strain has a different flowering time, but roughly 2 months will go by after the light cycle has been changed to 12 hours on/12 hours off. different growth methods make the process longer or shorter (sea of green, screen of green, hydro/soil, etc). usually a season lasts 3 months.
outdoors, it all depends when you plant as to how big it gets, but usually plants finish in October. I'm not really sure on the specifics, outdoors not my forte.
how does it make a difference indoor vs outdoor? usually! outdoor plants get crazy huge... the real difference is that there is more light outside, and a lot more pests. indoors, spider mites ruin many good days, but you don't have fuckin deer coming in to munch up your plants! this one is best left to the FAQ.

anyways, i'm always down to answer any specific questions, but you gots to read this site, and this site first. I am really high right now, but if you start your own thread I and hopefully others will answer your questions more in depth.

hey hey, i know its been a while but here's the goods: This season's kush just dried and its better than last times'! the bagseed crop is nearly all in the hands of other, less fortunate stoners so it looks like i'll be puffin the purple kush for a while. due to space restrictions, I only can dry one plant at a time, so i just chopped the final plant of the season. pretty psyched for chronic, pretty sad i'll have to wait so long for the next season to finish.

So now that I have completed my second season on this thread, I feel much more capable of producing some bomb. I have the two kush moms seen in the pic below, and from them I took nine clones. only one plant wilted in cloning, and now a week later they are all super healthy! its a crappy pic i know, but it holds so much damn potential, haha.

no worries bro, hope it helps... bagseed is just the term for growing the seeds you find in your baggy of herb, as i found out it often produces a herm plant. you technically CAN get seeds from a female plant, but you are either gonna need some pollen, a herm plant, gibberelic acid, or a fucked up light schedule(not advised). you will need another male plant, or you will need to force the female plant to also have male flowers. why dont you just clone? my first attempt at cloning only had a quarter fail rate...

anyways bro, also google ed rosenthals guide to indoor, see if you can find a free copy.

don't get me wrong, I'm dying to try hydro. but i'm not at the right point to afford the equipment to do it correctly. I'm not going to go half-assed and not get a great ph pen and other shit. I was looking in to DWC which looks sweet, but its still hydro and needs all that shit. after the next season crops though, it is so fucking on!

okay, I've been puffing on this season's PK and its better than ever, craaaazy tripped out high! I always get off of work right when my lights go off, so i'll get some picks up tonight at around 1am. what a stoner! they are doin great!
