From what I have come to understand, if you take a clone cutting from a female plant grown from seed and still in veg, then it only takes a clone 2-3 weeks to be ready to be put into flowering... but if you take a clone while in flower, you have to wait for up to 6 weeks for the clone to go back into a vegetative state to get ready for flowering... As far as the nutes, that depends on what medium you have chosen... Clones can be put into soil, which should have the nutes you need until flower, but I assume if you are using hydroton or rockwool, that there are probably some added nutes or hormones you might need for your plant. (I know rockwool has to be soaked before putting a clone cutting in it... super thrive or something like that)
