No, 1/2 a dead fetus is not the solution either. I want to know if you think fraud should have consequences and if the mother claims the right to renege on an agreement, is it fair to consider whether the father can renege also without any repercussions ?
My free society isn't complicated it, if you think people are responsible for keeping mutual agreements they made.

If the pregnancy is unplanned then you dont have a contract. Is your society going to force every person engaging in sex to sign a contract?

Your argument seems to be that a woman has a right to do what she wants with her body until her rights are voluntarily or involuntarily suspended due to some contract. So, after a woman signs a contract, she no longer has rights to her body.
Either a woman has the right to do with her body what she wants
or
A woman has the right to do with her body what she wants.... but....
There really isnt a 3rd option here.
