So is it the father that gets to kidnap and detain the mother or would that be society that did that for breaching their agreement. And dont you think strapping a woman down on a gurney until she gives birth kinda bad? You know... Since she gets to do what she wants with her body... Well, until she signs a contract, then fuck her and her wishes!!!

No, no, no. He already DID fuck her and she agreed to that and to having a child.

No I don't think strapping her down to a gurney is a good idea, but do you think if she reneges on an agreement, she at least owes the person she made an agreement with something ?

Also, the point you seemed to have missed was if she can decide NOT to have the kid absent the input of the father and contrary to the prior agreement she made, does the father have the reciprocable right (sic) of deciding to renege on supporting the kid ?

then it's totally not pay for play.

you dumb fucks will go along with anything as long as it increases the odds of making a brown person's life miserable.

Sir, please refer to me as a "smart fuck" even if you are only humoring me. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

he already made more than $400k selling access to himself and his family in mar-a-lago on NYE.

you are unremittingly stupid.
And did you hear that he did it with known mob associate and convicted felon Joey "No Socks" Cinque? Funny how the mother of a terrorist in Hillary's debate crowd was unforgivable ("she should have known who was there!") but Donald "Short Fingers" Trump has no problem with Joey "No Socks".

"Society" has no rights in this scenario, but the father probably does, The father made a consensual agreement with the mother to have a baby, if she decides to abort, she would be commiting fraud and breaching their agreement.

I'm beginning to think maybe your weed IS better than mine.
Why are you so obsessed over 'consent'?

At what point did the father agree to support the kid? Is that another contract?

We are talking about an impending abortion. Therefore, any contracts seem to be null and void.

You want the mother to give the father compensation? What, like 1/2 the dead fetus? Maybe all of the dead fetus? Is the guy supposed to get some sort of monetary settlement because the mother got to do what she wanted with her body?

Your free society seems horribly complicated... Considering the number of unplanned pregnancy's that are aborted every year, the whole contract idea seems very silly.

In the mutual agreement the father and mother made to create a child was an agreement to raise and support the child jointly.

No, 1/2 a dead fetus is not the solution either. I want to know if you think fraud should have consequences and if the mother claims the right to renege on an agreement, is it fair to consider whether the father can renege also without any repercussions ?

My free society isn't complicated it, if you think people are responsible for keeping mutual agreements they made.

If a pregnancy is unplanned, does the fetus have any less rights than if it were planned?

The guy on the left looks like Jim Brown. Still the best running back of all time if you ask me. Although O.J. was quite a slasher in his day.

If the pregnancy is unplanned then you dont have a contract. Is your society going to force every person engaging in sex to sign a contract?

How would the fetus suddenly have more rights?

Your argument seems to be that a woman has a right to do what she wants with her body until her rights are voluntarily or involuntarily suspended due to some contract. So, after a woman signs a contract, she no longer has rights to her body.

Either a woman has the right to do with her body what she wants

or

A woman has the right to do with her body what she wants.... but....

There really isnt a 3rd option here.

Your free society isnt so free afterall.

So you pay in advance for tickets to a dinner theater which includes a steak dinner. After the opening scene the cook quits, the actors walk off. Are you due any compensation or rebate ?
