8X8 autoflower grow need some setup advice please.

Hello
I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on my setup that I have planned for my next grow. Mainly just the tent, lights and amounts of plants.

Tent: 1 x Mammoth pro+240 8x8x6.5 (240x240x200cm)

Light: 4 x SUN SYSTEM RS 1850 LED - 720W (TOTAL 2880W) https://www.led-grower.eu/sun-system-rs-1850-led-eu-720w/

Pot: 20 x Gold label soft pot 3 Gallon (11 Liter)

Strain: "2Fast4Buds" Im thinking of going for either Lemon AK Auto, Big Bud Auto, or Northern Lights Auto.
Will 20x 3 gallon pots be an OK amount for my space if I plan on doing LST? Or should I do less, or maybe even more?

Also does anyone think that the lights are a bit overkill or could I get away with less, lets say 2000-2500w?
Im not too familar with these lights myself so any feedback on them would be very much appreciated!
Thanks! :)

My thoughts.
Your about 800w over whats needed so your lights will likely only be run at 50-75%. A lot here recommend more light than is needed because "you can dim them" but, why pay for more light than you're going to use?
20 3 gallon pots of soil is probably fine. I grow in coco so I'd run 12-16 autos max.

Also, I've nothing against autos for smaller grows but in that space I'd go with photos just because they open up more growing options like clones, SOG, etc.

Hey man appreciate the fast reply!
I thought that the wattages might be too much myself but I got a really good deal for the entire setup so thought I might aswell go for it. It shouldnt be a problem to dim the lights to 75% right? Do you have any thought on the lights brand, like would you recommend them?
The reason for autoflowers is because I don't have much time at the moment but I definitely agree that I should be going for some photos.. I will next time for sure.
By the way what should you expect to yield from this kind of grow if everything goes "OK"?
Appreciate the feedback!
I have done a few indoor grows before but its been awhile, I have always been more of an outdoor guy.

What makes you think autos will be faster?

Your lights are def over kill. Think 35 watt per square foot or round up 2 40 watts. 35x64 is 2240. Like stated above you'll never be able to run them at max. You need to rethink your lights only using 3 of thos, is enough light but you need 4 lights for your set up. How much are those 4 lights together? I'll try 2 help you look for a light

Hey man ok so lights are overkill..hmm need to rethink then.. and yeah I would prefer 4 for optimal spread
Thats so nice of you thanks I really appreciate it :D
The entire setup tent, lights, fans, filters, hangers costs 2000$

The average grower can usually expect from 3-5oz per auto. Sometimes a bit more, sometimes less. If things go south like stunted plants, half that number.
Just one more reason to run photos. I'd rather veg for couple more weeks than have a reduced harvest. Not to mention that odds are high with that many autos that they won't all flower or finish at the same time.
I've run autos for a lot of years but I wouldn't run that many at once indoors. Well, knowing me, I'd probably try it once but I have thousands of regular auto beans to mess with. :bigjoint:

This would save you about 400 bucks and let you just max out your driver. If you wanted to add a couple hundred more watts later you could add some side lights. But that's 2000 watts at about a 1000 bucks, and it will fit. Samsung lm301b, meanwhile driver... best I saw on Amazon that will fit, provides enough light, and will save money in my quick search

at 60-70%, why not? I did the same pretty much in a 5x5.
Hung four 220w fixtures in it, limited the area to 5x4, tilted the fixtures inwards.
Running at 2.4 umol/w @ 660w with superb spread.

I just think you could do better with ViparSpectra's KS5000 they only use 500w but Samsungs new LM301h Chips!
They are super efficient.

Those par maps are trash. There is no way that light at 36” above the canopy is pulling 1200+ ppfd across a 5x5 area

OP I’d steer far away from this light personally for the simple fact of bullshit lies from the company right off the bat.
