that's probably the issue right there. if you had condensation on your supply lines than you have it on the coils of the ice box. not sure what you mean by draining the condensate into a bucket. what condensate? go on the hydroinnovations website and they have a cool dew point calculator. use that to determine what the setpoint should be for your chiller. getting the humidity down will make it a lot easier to cool your room. humid air is much tougher to cool.

set point?I just crank the chiller and the freezer so the temp is as low as possible since by the time the 12 hour cycle is over my water temp is 70 f. From 40F at lights on to 70F at lights off, I use an igloo cooler as a res and the freezer with a wort chiller and still at the end of the 12 hour cycle everything is heated up.
 
sounds like you aren't running to efficient then. surpised you don't have water shooting out of your ice box. how do you have your ice box setup right now? is there a fan pulling air through it or pushing? if you were pushing sir through the ice box then you would definitely have water shooting out of it. try getting a smaller res too. how big is the igloo cooler you have. small chillers work better on small reservoir. more efficient an easier to cool. if you are only cooling an ice box and a wort coil then all you need is 10-15 gallon reservoir. the humidity is from the 40 degree water for sure. set your chiller to 60 degrees and you won't have those problems. the only time you need cooler water then that is for a water cooled air handler.

I think the igloo is 110 liter which is like 27 gallons. I'm actually pumping from the igloo thru a wort chiller in the chest freezer and back to the igloo which is supposed to supplement the 1/2 horse chiller recirculating on the ice box. I did have it set so the chiller just recirculated on the igloo and a seperate pump ran the ice box.
 
And this is actually what I'm trying to achieve as you said, a water cooled air handler, basically I thought the chiller and the wort chiller in the chest freezer would leave me with some cooling left over to help cool the room.

That's a nice little utility there nuglets, nice find!

I always found that a larger reservoir worked better for my ice box. When the lights kicked on the water was cool and as the air ran through the ice box the higher volume of water warmed at a slower rate, which made it easier for the chiller to keep up for a longer duration. Much of all that could depend on the chiller and the lift of the pump as well though.

Azamax in flower can def be a bad idea as a foliar application after 4 or 5 weeks of development, but I wouldn't see any problem with it as a root drench. When I've had to use it I would just administer it without nutes, a flush isn't necessary just a couple nice drenches 7-10 days apart. I'm hoping the neem will do the trick for you nuglets, if not you're on top of this shit and you'll handle it :joint:

the 2 cheese plants are doing fantastic. the leaves look great, color is perfect in my opinion, and they are growing nicely.

the 2 power plants still seem to be a little light in color. the growth is really good and they look like they are gonna explode soon. i tried backing off the nutes a little last week and that didn't work. then i gave them really strong 1250ppm and that didn't work. i'm sure it isn't the pH so i'm lost. they are all just getting water tomorrow. i guess we'll see.

hey guys. the plants are really starting to rock. i fed them last night. waiting for the lights to come on and then i'll get some pics up.
 
as promised, here are some updated pics. pushed the nutes to 1475ppm on tuesday. still no burn. pH in the sunshine is steady at 6.1-6.4 in all of the pots. after talking to hellraizer though i'm testing running the soil a little lower. on the feed, water, feed, water schedule still. they are drinking about 1/2 a gallon a day in the 5 gallon pots. usually about 1.5 gallon with every water. only getting a few drops of runoff from that. almost perfect. today i just put 2 gallons of 5.8-5.9 pH'd water into them. 0ppm. going to see how this affects the plants. possibly clear up a few of the minor issues i am seeing. anyway...onto the porn...:hump:

think i'm gonna have to get some type of netting up. i don't know. is it too late? maybe just get some bamboo stakes and tie the branches to them when the buds start fattening up.

Its never too late for stakes, I use them routinely since I like a nice open and wide canopy much like yourself. You can find dowel rods or bamboo stakes at any grow store, garden center or home depot.

I got a local hydro store to match pricing so the project, as far as buying materials, started today with 2 Hortilux 600w HPS at $95.81 each including tax. It looks like I'll probably go with GrowLabs 145 for veg and GrowLabs 145L for flower unless the 240 or 290 make more sense. I may not get the Quantum 12...may use an 8 and 4 from someone else...a compromise for leaving him bloody on the floor after matching prices LOL.
