sac is sweaty balls, redding is hot as fuck too.
remember the thing for land is most bank don;'t finance unbuilt lands, so ya gotta fork over the whole amount.
the key is to get a place with small ass houses on them, at least two, and get a tenant or buddy to live there and pay rent, and that way you can finance it, as well as have septic and water already.
check Oregon and washington
especially considering global warming... you want something a lil cool right now, so when we start boiling ourselves alive on the planet, it'll be cooler.
