You honestly think a nation like Syria uses "duct tape" covered bombs?
Perhaps you took the metaphor too literally?
Have you seen what the Syrian sappers have been finding and disarming during their sweeps?

You guys are nuts for war regardless of the reasoning, it's actually saddening.
I'm not sure who you are directing that comment at. If it is at me, could you clarify what you mean?

He is talking to me, maybe. We are sadden by the loss of life and we do everything we can to aid in the recovery by our operators popping coconuts till the pie can be split.

It is what we are busy doing every day, in Navy SEALs. Slow is fast. Call for War Fog.

Hey, welcome to the world. You may have not noticed that these labels don't matter. It is all lies. Don't you get it?

One or two news sources is nothing. A triangle? A Cube? 3 - 4 - 10 sources? You still don't know. But, like me you think you are better guesser. But, I'm not. I'm always surprised.

You are correct. Everything comes down to guesses and probabilities.
But to what extent should one expand the Taylor Series in order to find an accurate approximation in this case? How many decimal places are required? And how many have been calculated thus far?

Well they better keep their computers greased. They don't call it the fog of war for nothing.

Yeah I've seen these. It is to plan the "surge list." Generate Packages, form Sorties.

But, weird....I didn't see the MANPADS section. That must be in the Force Protection Doc?
Shhhh.... There are no MANPADS in Syria.... ;-) Stevens was not coordinating with Abdelhakim Belhadj.... ;-) (Abdelhakim Belhadj BTW I think is integral to Benghazi)

MSM won't be touching that story IMO, it's got Benghazi written all over it...

It is a unified command. And unless he wants to mess with Sortie and Target like they did in Nam, it will be OK. I really don't see anything wrong with giving Iran some more Baathist aircraft. Some will run there. But, to break all his little planes beyond that is a very vicious thing.

Now the country can't be defended.....for a long time. It is Iran's route to the Sea, if we help them cut a deal with the Kurds.

But, the Saudi - Chechen connection is chilling. I really think Iran is the Red Herring. The Saud would dare to suggest they turn the Chechens on Russia, even more? I see. Clearly now. Operation Scorched Sands, will come one day.

So, how many times have they threatened the USA secretly with that? Puts a new light on the Boston Bombers, eh? Saudi Scum.

Jefferson's War is not against the S'hia. Ergo Sum, S'hia is our friend.
Brother, I cannot agree more. The house of Saud needs to fall like the twin towers did... (you see what I did there? ;-))

This threat from Bandar is nothing but the Wahhabis ongoing jihad against the west, nay world... I know that's somewhat of a cliché since the autumn of '01 but since day one the house of saud has been all about its caliphate and the furtherance of such a goal, promoting the salafi version of sunni islam, with sharia law as its foundation.

This is the real reason behind the focus on Syria... Preventing Shia encirclement if Sunni Gulf states and marginalising the influence of Shia Islam in favour of Sunni wahhabism...

Nearly all IEDs in Afghanistan have some kind of tape, although they've gotten smarter and stoped using tape backed with aluminium strands on some IEDs...

I'm not disputing casualties, just who's responsible. At this point, I don't believe Assad was behind this attack, there's just too much to indicate jihadist rebels were at fault.

This attack by jihadist rebels has only served to misdirect western media from the massacres of Alawite villagers in Hambushiyah (Latakia countryside).

Maybe it was Bill Clinton and Janet Reno...no wait, they killed babies in Waco, Texas.

Hey, that's cool.. I could not have grasp this without your help and that is a fact. Too close the Iran war drum. I see now. Thank you.

And to think that I had you same box as that Stupid Rabbit.....well. That was then.

So, I was going with Crumble like cornflakes, as a place holder. But, I like that we're gonna drop then so fast, those Towers seemed in slo-mo.

Well. Still needs some work, .....crush them into micro-thermite....nah...too geeky. :)

And I am quite sure we never blamed Iran. And I can see those sympathies from them were Real. Too bad it is like this.

So, you need to help me again. Why have we not.....taken....I was gonna taken the oil. But, I remember we tried that with the military basing there and got tossed out by the Mob of guys....

And Iran is always in the position to block the oil flow but I see now that is to punish Saud.

So, my question to you. Who was on that Iranian commercial jet we shot down with a missile?

Who did we assassinate?

It was posted that Assad was such a brutal and crazy guy. But there's not video of him eating a dead soldiers heart and liver, unlike the video of a rebel leader doing so.
People don't seem to realise, dictators like Assad and Gadafi are relatively "secular" leaders in the respect that they keep religion (and the religious radicals) under control in their respective countries, in what is a vast sea of nutballs.

But just assassinate Assad and let an Al Queda-led Government take its place... Al Queda with a nice pipeline to brand new Russian military tech.

Thats in Americas best interests according to mussleman Obama...

Part of war is pretend. OK, wrong. All of war is based in deception. All acts of war are designed to deceive the other war planners.

Who are we? Not war planners.

And remember our Clausewitz. "War is the continuation of the Politic, by other means."

He means the Profession of Diplomacy, referred to as the Politic in his days.

So, Diplomacy is the most devious. When you continue that by War, the plans are shredded by the enemy. Secrecy is the first to go.

The balloon goes up. (observation balloons on both sides would loft over the trenches in WW1, before the fan was turned on and the shit tossed in)

Oh shit, the balloons go up, arty is right behind. No place to hide. Secrecy is in Diplomacy. The art of war these days it to shoot the balloons. Same as it every was. Blind the radars, kill the AWACs, etc.

So, we don't have friends as a nation. That is Press. We have interests. And if our interest is to oppose and help Russia and Iran at the same time, that is the Politic. It is not to be known.

Think about it, according to the Press, Iran has given us every reason to kick there Persian asses, but we don't. Is that not weird?

OTH, we will kiss the ass of the Saudi although they fly planes into our buildings. It is a Shell Oil devil deal with the House of Saud, over the oil against the Wahabist insane-o.

They were not allowed to control the oil, thanks to us. But, Iran would have preferred a more direct approach. I get it.
