UPDATE: Got 2.5 gallon pots, a timer, more soil, and a new 40w bulb to replace the 13 watter i had. i would post some pictures but as i was coming into my grow room Bosco the Bull mastiff chewed threw my usb cord s itll be a day or 2 before new pics are posted.. its one thing after another with this dog. i cant even work on my plantswithout getting barked at or bitten, this shit's retarded.

GC....LST is nothing to be afraid of. Just a gentle guidance method to train vegetation to how you want it. You will know easily when your plant has been trained as far as it can go. Its is one of the best methods in play, to include SCROG , to keep your plants growing in the direction that you want them to.
Check this thread of a phenomenal LST job. Read it from the beginning and you will see the wonders of what can be done..+rep to MoNkO for it

thanks for the info arch, im definately thinking of using SCROG method, funny in the part of ontario i live in (complete hick town) the word scrog is used when you bang a chick lmao...

UPDATE:
my girls got to wide for their little area so i moved them into a very large closet , made new more efficient light setup and now im just waiting on a usb cord to upload some new pics, they seem to be happy though, once my soil dries out a bit more im going to transplant them into pots 2 times their size, they are also going into their first 12 hours of darkness, ever tonight so im crossing my fingers that they'll like it and not go into shock or anything ... like i said earlyer i should have some picture up soon , sorry for the delay

Well my brand new timer is junk (either that or i dont know how to use it) and my plants ended up getting 12 hours and 20 minutes, looks like the timer got stuck right a 12 oh well they still look great!
